Our photovoltaic (solar power) system

This is the new smart meter that shows how much solar power we are generating. The meter is on the wall of the Children's Room where it can easily be seen by Friends of all ages and visitors

 

You won't see the photovoltaic array when you approach our lovely old Meeting House...

 

 

     
But you will be able to sit quietly in the soft light inside the Meeting House, knowing the cup of tea being boiled for you after Meeting has been made with the power of Light. So here is a final photograph of sunshine soaking silently into the array of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the Library
